This Privacy Policy describes how Glasshouse Rounds (the "app"), released by etablisemen.com, processes information. It is applicable solely to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Glasshouse Rounds neither gathers, stores nor transmits any personal data to etablisemen.com or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts and contains no analytics or third‑party crash‑reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID), includes no advertising SDKs, and employs no third‑party tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature demands them, and any data involved is processed locally on your device.

All data the app saves remains on your device, never leaves it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed any third‑party services. Google Play and Android operate according to their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not aimed at children under 13 (COPPA) and does not intentionally collect data from minors. Where local law sets a higher age of digital consent, that age applies. Parents may contact leonie43marchal@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request knowledge of, deletion of, and opt‑out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.
Because no data is collected, erasing it simply means uninstalling the app. Requests sent by email will be addressed within a reasonable period, up to 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you email us, we use your message solely to respond.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android's security mechanisms. No system is entirely secure, so we keep the app minimal and avoid gathering unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
Should this policy be updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
